New dj edit of the disco smash "Searchin for my Lover"

Written by underground Disco pioneer Gary Davis.“Searchin for my Lover” was sourced from original multi track tapes. The tapes were salvaged from basement sessions with Davis’ teenage funk outfit Sanction, circa 1979. The lost tracks were reinterpreted in the studio by Knoe1 who mixed in his own flavor- layering live musicians and constructing a modern arrangement. The result is a contemporary classic, fusing 1970’s soul with dance floor funk.
